Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions of Return
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds will not include the original delivery cost, unless the item was faulty. Does not apply if are P&P was used.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.
